• Job Summary
• The successful candidate will be a customer centric, high impact leader who can oversee supply chain logistics and inventory management of system pharmacy operations.

This person holds primary administrative responsibility for the day-to-day operations of non-clinical areas including procurement, hub and spoke, inventory management, and automation.

The individual functions as a focal point in Pharmacy with supply chain. Also, works with the Pharmacy Operations Manager to identify, implement, and track progress of supply chain opportunities and identifies and pursues operations improvement opportunities, especially the application of technology and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The Supply Chain Supervisor in an integral piece in leading the department to the achievement of excellence in inventory management, compliance and pharmacy practice.

• Education
• Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• Experience
• Required : 2 Years Healthcare or Supply Chain Experience
• Preferred : 1-2 Years Managerial / Supervisory Experience
• Skills
• Operational knowledge of federal and state law affecting the workplace
• Demonstrates skills in critical thinking, conflict management, persuasion and change leadership.
• Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, other computer systems software, copiers, fax machines and other office equipment as necessary.
• Recruiting, training and managing staff.
• Licensure / Certification / Registration
• Required : Registered with the Missouri State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or application is in process and full registration obtained within 90 days of hire
