Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Community Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for providing front-facing customer service, requires exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of customer behavior.
The candidate will be responsible for addressing complaints, and issues via social platforms and our service desk, providing ongoing support post-purchase.
The candidate will also be reporting customer experience issues and challenges, working to find and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues through our service desk, providing ongoing support post-purchase.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Address customer experience issues and challenges, working to find and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in operational processes.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and inform decision-making.
- Work closely with customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly address issues.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient workflow and effective time management
- Proven critical thinking and analytical abilities, capable of evaluating complex situations and making informed decisions
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
- Effective problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying issues and implementing successful solutions
- Experience with managing customer inquiries through help center and storefront applications
