Referral Specialist - USFTGP HVI Sun City-(2400032R)
Description
The primary focus of this position is to provide excellent customer service to physicians and patients referred for appointments / services at USF Health.
Serves as the point of contact for patients being referred to USF Health to schedule provider referred appointments / services within the practice plan.
Screens and processes internal referrals generated by USF Health and / or outside providers.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years of Front Desk experience in healthcare
Approved medical terminology certification or med term course completion
