job summary : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day assistance and provide timely responses to employees by utilizing different platforms of communication (in person, email, texting, etc.)
Electronic filing of documents
Prepare and complete payroll reporting weekly
Organize and capture data related to intermittent Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Manage administrative side of employee programs such as Birthday Program, Annual Service Awards
Create and post employee events / postings
Coordinate and schedule meetings, assist with booking conference rooms, and ordering lunches as needed.
Monitor kitchen supplies monthly to ensure vendor is refilling as needed
Actively participate in the community service committee
Organization Development Activities & Training :
Development of Training Programs
Organize Training Sessions
Facilitate and lead the Resolving Differences Program related to employees
Talent / Performance Management of our operative workforce including :
Orientation : Scheduling of and primary facilitator for HR items
