Assembly Line Lead Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)
- Support safety regulations and procedures.
- Provide team-based, inspiring leadership.
- Model & support the company policies & employee handbook.
- Promote and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Train and assist in preventive maintenance tasks.
- Perform quality inspections.
- Perform any machine setups in their department.
- Operate any machines as directed
- Enter labor scans into manufacturing software and print work orders as necessary.
- Drive 6S activities.
- Support training activities.
- All other duties as assigned.
Assembly Line Lead Qualifications :
- 2+ Years manufacturing experience.
- Ability to use gauges and other measuring tools.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications and ERP systems knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Working under pressure with ability to complete assigned tasks.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
