Our client is a boutique RIA located in the San Francisco Bay area. They are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their team.

Responsibilities Include :
- Lead existing client relationships and act as the first point of contact.
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust financial plans for clients.
- Utilize financial planning software effectively.
- Assist other lead advisors with ongoing relationships and financial planning.
- Interest in continuing to grow the current business and network within the community.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in finance or financial planning.
- 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and a client-facing role.
- CFP Required, CFA or CPA is a bonus
- Growth Mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with eMoney required.
- Experience working in the UHNW and / or fee-only space is preferred.
- Preferable small book to transition.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Base salary plus bonus. Base salary starting at $120k+, commensurate with experience.

- Mostly in the office to start, with some hybrid flexibility.
