Many vacant cubes have been used for file and supply storage over the years and with more hires since the pandemic, the cubes are needed for these new hires.
The two temps will help with shredding, filing, coordinating / compiling records, moving and archiving boxes of files and scanning into an electronic filing system.
Provide basic clerical support such as typing, making photocopies, collating material, file sorting and filing, data entry, archiving records, word processing, shredding, operating, troubleshooting and maintaining basic office equipment, and moving boxes or other office items.
This may involve creating new files, labeling them correctly via Word, and compiling and ensuring that all documents are filed in the appropriate location.
Moving : Individuals will assist with moving boxes of files and supplies to their designated locations. This may require some physical effort, so they should be prepared for light lifting and carrying.
