Overview :
Proferty, a leading wholesale real estate company, is seeking ambitious and dedicated individuals to join our Sales Draft Program.
This is a contractor position designed to identify top talent for full-time roles on our sales team. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance by securing a deal within their first 30-60 days will be offered a permanent contractor position with a competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Acquisitions : Identify and acquire wholesale real estate properties.
- Lead Generation : Utilize both partner leads and in-house leads to identify potential deals.
- Contract Management : Successfully secure at least one paid contract within the first 30-60 days.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Sales Performance : Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of Proferty.
Compensation :
- Initial Phase :
- Commission only, with 20% commission on any closed deals within the first 30-60 days.
- Transition to Full-Time Contractor :
- Upon securing a deal within the initial period, candidates will be fully integrated into the team.
- Base Salary :
- $2500 each month for the first 60 days upon successful transition.
Commission Structure :
- Partner Leads :
- 6% commission on closed deals.
- In-House Leads :
- $0-$24,999 : 12% commission
- $25,000-$49,999 : 13% commission
- $50,000-$74,999 : 14% commission
- $75,000+ : 15% commission
Program Details :
- Sales Draft Program : Designed to evaluate and select top-performing sales contractors.
- Performance-Based Transition : Candidates who secure a paid contract within the initial 30-60 days will transition to a permanent contractor role with a base salary and structured commissions.
- Training and Support : Comprehensive training and continuous support will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Qualifications :
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving targets.
