The Senior Data Architect with Snowflake experience is a specialized role responsible for designing and implementing data solutions on Azure cloud platform, particularly leveraging Snowflake and DBT Labs.

This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to architect, deploy, and optimize data solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

The Senior Data Architect will possess deep expertise in both Azure services and Snowflake data warehousing technology.

A few details about the role :

• Develop comprehensive Snowflake architecture strategies that align with business objectives.
• Must have expertise in Azure Platform as a Service (PAAS) model and its integration with Snowflake to load / unload data.
• Implement cloud-based Enterprise data warehouse solutions with multiple data platforms along with Snowflake and NoSQL environment to build data movement strategy.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data warehouse solutions on the Snowflake platform leveraging Azure.
• Lead the architecture and design of data pipelines, data models, and ETL processes within Snowflake, Databricks and DBT Labs.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Snowflake data solutions, ensuring best practices and adherence to standards.
• Optimize Snowflake configurations for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Implement data partitioning, clustering, and other optimization techniques to enhance query performance.
• Design and manage the integration of various data sources into Snowflake.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between Snowflake and other enterprise systems.
• Implement robust data governance, security, and compliance measures within the Snowflake environment.

And heres what you need to apply :

• 10+ years of experience implementing data management solutions (Required).
• Management consulting experience (Highly Desired).
• Expertise in Snowflake concepts like setting up Resource monitors, RBAC controls, scalable virtual warehouse, SQL performance tuning, zero copy clone, time travel and automating them.
• Experience in handling unstructured, structured, semi-structured data.
• Experience in Migration processes to Snowflake from on-premises database environment.
• Experience in designing and building manual or auto ingestion data pipeline using Snowpipe.
• Experience in Cloud technologies such as Azure Components, Azure Data Factory, Dbt.
• Design and develop automated monitoring processes on Snowflake using combination of Dbt, Snowflake and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience in developing stored Procedures writing Queries to analyze
