As a Psychiatric Administrative Specialist at Nystrom & Associates , you will be the first point of contact for clients - cheerfully greeting clients, answering phones, registering and scheduling clients, collecting co-pays, and acting a liaison between our mental health professionals and our patients.
You will primarily be responsible for assisting telehealth providers with rooming patients and taking vital signs, electronic health records management, assist with administrative staff tasks and duties.
This is a full-time role with set hours, see shifts below.
You will be part of a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, out patient therapy, and family therapy.
We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family or psychological problems.
You will play an important part in that process by actively listening to patients' needs and showing empathy to every patient you speak with.
Location : Woodbury, MN
