About The Team :
The Tech Advisory practice sits under Advisory Services (AS) which provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation, dispute resolution consulting, and forensic investigation services.
AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms.
The AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for various industries, from financial institutions to manufacturing.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Due Diligence Manager to join our team. This role is essential for conducting thorough IT due diligence assessments, developing strategy roadmaps, and fostering strong relationships with private equity clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy, IT project management, and business process optimization, with a particular focus on IT due diligence practices.
Key Responsibilities :
IT Due Diligence : Lead and deliver comprehensive IT due diligence assessments to Crowe standards. Evaluate technology infrastructure, software systems, cybersecurity measures, and overall IT health of target companies.
Strategic Planning : Develop and deliver technology roadmaps that align with due diligence findings and strategic business objectives.
Provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
Private Equity Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms. Understand their needs and provide tailored IT due diligence services to support investment decisions.
Leveraging AI Tools : Utilize AI and machine learning tools to enhance due diligence processes and provide deeper insights.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and integrate them into the advisory practice.
Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and senior management.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
Mentorship and Development : Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the consulting practice. Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Must have at least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, IT project management, or a similar role
Must have previous experience in a professional services or public accounting environment
Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT) are a plus
Hybrid or Remote
25% travel required
