Digital Marketing Specialist - Social Media :

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing day-to-day social media campaigns, identifying trends, and leveraging marketing insights to drive traffic to our website.

This role will focus on growing our online presence, attracting both direct and indirect traffic, and enhancing engagement across platforms.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Drive the day-to-day management of all social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with company goals and trends.
  • Develop strategies to increase website traffic, leveraging both direct and indirect channels to expand reach.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social media developments, applying insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate social media efforts into broader marketing strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve traffic and engagement.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow social media presence and explore emerging platforms to reach new audiences.
  • Manage social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and key business initiatives.
  • Implement best practices for social media engagement, influencer outreach, and community building.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate key data and tracking to measure the success of advertising efforts

Qualifications and Requirements :

The requirements listed below represent the minimum knowledge, skill, and / or ability required :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.
  • Proficient in major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience with content creation, campaign management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to refine strategies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with website traffic analysis tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Capable of multitasking, time management, and decision-making in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Experience with Shopify and / or HubSpot, a plus
