Pay Rate - $60,000 - $74,000 / yr (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our Digital Products team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our production systems and applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and health of production systems and applications, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.
• Proactively identify and address issues to prevent disruptions to business operations.
• Respond to and resolve production incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and facilitate production deployments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on business operations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems as needed.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of production systems and applications to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document production incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures in accordance with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in production support or related roles, preferably in the energy or utilities industry.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues in complex production environments.
• Experience with incident management, change management, and ITIL practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
