MEP Construction Manager- Data Centers- San Antonio, TX

You will be joining a data center household name with a global footprint as they expand their live construction in San Antonio, TX.
This owner operator work with key hyperscale clients acorss North America with a strong presence in the region.
The position
- The MEP Construction Manager will be responsible for managing he MEP co-ordination from pre-con to live construction, ensuring that the installations are followed meticulously to specifications.
- Oversee MEP design reviews and drive quality throughout the project scope.
- Manage approval process for OFCI equipment ensuring it aligns with design documents.
- Perform quality and performance checks regularly throughout the MEP project scope ensuring strict standards are adhered to.
- Other duties as assigned.
Could this role be for you?
- Minimum of 5 years MEP construction experience required, with 8 or mor e preferable. Data Center experience highly desireable.
- Technical experience with all MEP systems and knowledge of how they interact with one another.
- Proven capability to lead large MEP scopes on construction projects, with a proven ability to lead a successful team.
- Experience in coordination software such as BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or REVIT is desireable.
