Accounts Payables Analyst

Scope : Full time-Permanent Office : Ciudad de Mexico Hybrid

Your challenges within the role will be :

The Accounts Payable fulfills an integral transactional, payment and reporting function in the Finance department of SoftwareOne.

What we need to see from you :

Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting indispensable.

1 year of Accounts Payable experience.

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable related tasks, must include experience with entering new and correcting general journal entries.

MS Office experience required including strong Excel knowledge is a must

Experience working with ERP systems Navision a plus.

Nice to have :

Advanced English is an important plus.

Finance Shared Service Center experience.

Concur experience is a plus.

Fides bank processing experience is a plus.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills.

Data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.

Good prioritization and organizational skills.

Must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have a professional attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Ability to work independently and with a team.
