We are currently seeking a Mid-Level IT Business Analyst for a full-time, permanent position located in McLean, VA. This is a hybrid schedule working onsite ONE DAY a week in McLean, VA.

Key Role
As an IT business analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications and systems. Work with your team of business and IT system analysts to help identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories.
Support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable IT data features. Deliver high-business-value products to our clients.
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with business analysis in web-based systems
- Experience with customer service, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Experience supporting the phases of the systems development life cycle
- Knowledge of data governance principles
- Ability to multitask and respond to tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL to execute queries
- Ability to learn new software tools and techniques quickly
- Ability to communicate with end users in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Ability to be self-motivated and directed
