Advertised Job Summary
Administers the technical support of PeopleSoft for Purchasing. Develops data standards and documents procedures systemwide.
Serves as the first level staff for the administration of PeopleSoft in the Purchasing Department. Performs special projects related to procurement as required.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the web presence for department.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Systems or related field and 5 years related experience; or equivalency
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years procurement or supply experience. Must have the ability to work under minimum or limited supervision.
Must be able to make sound decisions under stressful conditions.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Capable of working harmoniously with a diverse group of people. Good analytical ability and decision making skills is required.
