Sr. UX Designer

DescriptionGSW is looking for a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to lead the charge in crafting high-value, omni-channel experiences for a range of clients.

UX is responsible for collaborating with the Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams to deliver innovative product solutions that help our clients' meet their business objectives and differentiate themselves in the marketplace.

This candidate will serve as a multi-disciplinary liaison between our Tech, Strategy, and UX teams.*Please note this role will support our Santa Monica office and will require 2 days / week in the office.

Responsibilities : Craft deliverables including : UX strategy, sitemaps, user journeys, user profiles, ecosystem diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypesDefine consumers, processes, and ideas from an objective point of view based on research and insight and effectively communicate this point of view with stakeholders, on both agency and client-sideCollaborate with Digital and Engagement Strategy teams to perform user experience audits on competitor or existing customer tactics with the aim to provide insights and recommendations for improvementProvide Functional Requirement Specification documents of wireframes and final design packages for handoff to developersIdentify new opportunities based on shifts in user behavior, the business landscape, and technologyEvangelize experience design and user-centered thinkingShepherd digital tactics with an eye focused on evangelizing user experience best practices and act as an advocate for the end userQualifications : 3-5 years of experience in in the user experience or interaction design fieldPractical experience in collaborating with leads from other disciplines and guiding the strategic direction of a project throughout the processCraft innovative solutions to complex design challengesAbility to work creatively and strategically against demanding deadlinesInterest in new platforms and technologiesAbility to make your passion contagiousIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in FigmaKnowledge of HTML / CSS;

Javascript a plusProficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft OfficeThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $110,000.

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
