Information Technology Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for managing daily operations of all Information Technology for all Company locations. Responsible for overall leadership of the Information Technology function including application development and maintenance, infrastructure operations, project delivery, and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Primarily responsible for making sure all critical IT systems i.e. network, servers, applications, communications, internet / Wi-Fi, videoconferencing, cyber security, data backup / recovery, equipment, etc.

• Set strategic vision for company technology platforms, based on key business goals
• Coordinate cyber security controls around all internal systems and users
• Synchronize 3rd party / vendor management around applications, networks, telecommunications, help desk at all company sites
• Oversee IT operations, including management of corporate business applications, and service desk
• Manage the design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software’s
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes centered in the CloudSuite platform
• Oversee projects to ensure they are aligned with organizational goals and strategic plans
• Ability to manage a complex mix of projects while optimizing resource allocation based on strategy and business goal
• Ensure proper systems backup and recovery processes in place
• Assist with management and negotiation of contracts with third-party vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong preference for a candidate with experience with managing Info Cloud Suite Distribution.
• SQL and experience with reporting platforms such as Phocas and Power BI preferred.
• Proficient with API, ERP, EDI
• Experience with distribution model and technologies and their integration with the supply chain process
• Experience defining IT strategy, including the cost-effectiveness benefit of security initiatives in the context of overall business risk mitigation and the company's operational objectives
• Self-starter, driven and motivated individual

DESIRED SKILLS :

• Experience implementing a Distribution ERP system.
• 8+ years of IT related work experience.
