We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of store managers to ensure operational excellence and drive business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and profitability across all stores
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, customer service, and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance the customer experience
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profit loss analysis for the district
- Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives for store management teams
Skills :
- Proven experience in project management, profit loss analysis, and strategic planning
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and business development
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in sales strategies and driving revenue growth

Pay : $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
