We are in search of a Marketing Communications Coordinator in the based in Edina, Minnesota. This role will involve creating engaging content for social media, managing newsletters, updating our intranet, and writing proposals.
You will also be coordinating external events and ensuring that all logistics and content creation are seamless.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and write compelling social media posts, tracking their performance
- Format, edit, and distribute internal and external newsletters
- Manage and update articles on the intranet
- Write clear and grammatically correct cover letters and proposals
- Keep track of award submission deadlines, collaborate with team members, and create necessary content
- Coordinate logistics for external events, attend them, capture photos, and produce social media blurbs and project write-ups
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Content Management System (CMS), CRM for various tasks
- Contribute to the creation of editorial content and advertisements
- Engage in blogging activities to raise brand awareness
- Participate in budget processes and campaign planning
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing communications role within industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience working with Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong ability to produce and edit compelling editorial content.
- Experience in creating and implementing advertisements for various platforms.
- Familiarity with blogging as a tool for brand awareness and promotion.
- Understanding of budget processes within a marketing context.
- Experience with campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
