While a teaching assistant is expected to contribute in many ways to the class, typical responsibilities include the following :
Support technical tools for running the class Prepare materials required by the professor Check attendance Prepare, maintain, and update website materials Attend class meetings (on campus or virtual) Prepare progress reports, summarize project results Presence in the class 100% Qualification Standards Experience with Excel, specialized software, or datasets, as required by the supervisor Satisfactory academic progress, as defined by the supervisor
