Position Overview : The Director of Construction will oversee all aspects of construction operations, from project inception to final completion.

This executive role involves managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s strategic vision for sustainable urban development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor overall project performance.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Foster a culture of excellence and ensure the use of best practices in construction.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience as a Director of Construction or similar senior construction management role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects ($25M+).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with sustainable development practices (LEED certification is a plus).
• Experience with construction management software and modern project management tools.
