Director of Construction (Commercial & Multi-Family)

In this vital executive role, the successful candidate will :
Lead and oversee high-profile construction projects, ensuring they are executed seamlessly from initial concept through to completion.
Collaborate with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals to drive project success.
Conduct comprehensive project assessments to accurately schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Ensure strict adherence to legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations throughout all phases of the project.
Negotiate contracts and work closely with legal counsel to secure necessary permits and licenses.
Supervise onsite activities and manage construction personnel with a focus on maintaining the highest quality standards.
Ideal Qualifications Include :
A bachelors degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction supervision or management, with a track record of completing projects valued at over $25 million.
Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
Proficiency in construction management software, complemented by strong organizational and project management skills.
The ability to maintain a strategic perspective while managing intricate project details and resolving conflicts efficiently.
