Job Title : Staff Analyst 3

Location- Everett, WA (100% onsite)

General Information :

Regular and predictable attendance is required

Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings / events. Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants. Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

Develops and deploys localized training content.

Position Responsibilities :

• Support Workforce Team in execution of PtP actions / requirements.
• Assimilate staffing and employment charts from data provided by senior team members.
• Facilitates Workforce Management team web-ex / virtual meetings includes scheduling participants, rooms as needed and setting up for meetings.
• Manage the Practice Space process for the organization.
• Support of Intern Engagement plan and onboarding.
• Maintain D&SE Workforce Management Team Portal, to include new employee information, Event Calendar, K-level onboarding and orientation, onboarding tool suite.
• Manage the DESE website for the MBSE team.
• Manage use of HCL Leap Tool.

Education / Experience :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.

g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
