MISSION
Ensure a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for all customers. Adequately stock and maintain side stations according to pars.
Properly maintain and breakdown station and assist in the housekeeping of the restaurant. Assist servers with delivery of food order as needed.
Help ensure the public and seating areas meet Renaissance ClubSport standards for cleanliness and neatness. Assist the servers in providing excellent hospitality and service to all customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bus tables according to standard procedures
- Continually remove dirty dishes, glasses and flatware from guests’ tables throughout the dining experience
- Use proper cleaning cloth to wipe tables
- Remove dishes to breakdown station, keeping the station clean and neat at all times, and handling all dishes and glassware carefully
- Keep service stations clean and neat throughout shift
- Respond to any customer request, and assist servers in providing fast, efficient and friendly service
- Be knowledgeable about all table and seat numbers, use records, seat / greet policy, and proper food presentation
- Know and follow all service standards
- Carefully and properly stack trays
- Do all necessary side work as per side work schedule
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests
- When needed, assist the servers in running food orders from the kitchen
- Follow all opening and closing procedures for Busser as outlined by the Restaurant Manager
- Assist with catered functions as requested
- Cross-train in other restaurant positions
- Communicate all guest and customer comments to the Director of Food and Beverage
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates, with or without reasonable accommodations, must be able to :
- Read, speak, write, hear and see
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Bend, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Handle breakables and hot dishes
- Display manual dexterity and coordination
- Perform general housekeeping work
