SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Property Accountant to join our real estate client in Denver, CO. In this position, you will oversee all accounting functions related to property management, including preparing financial reports and providing strategic insights.

Hours and LocationThis is an onsite role; you will be expected to work in the office in Cherry Creek, CO.Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple properties
- Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, including billing, collections, account reconciliations, vendor invoices and payments
- Maintaining the general ledger and approving journal entries
- Monitoring budgeting performance and providing variance analysis
- Coordinating internal and external audits
- Collaborating with property managers to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years of accounting experience
- Property accounting experience, strongly preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting principles
- Ability to lead projects and desire to take on leadership roles
Pay Details : $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
