What you will do :
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Responsible for conducting job evaluations and analyzing base salaries and incentive plans for external competitiveness, internal equity, and legal compliance.
Responsible for leading the annual salary planning process including but not limited to system setup, budget analysis and review, headcount and promotions in partnership with Senior People Operations Business Partners.
Responsible for the administration of the annual LTI equity award process globally.
Develop actionable reports and modeling templates to support various initiatives including incentive plan designs, equity compensation, workforce planning, and performance compensation.
Proactively identifies key roles in the organization and provides recommendations on compensation philosophies to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
Manage job description library, career paths and job data in related systems for new jobs and changes to existing jobs.
Influence management in making decisions on organization structure and internal / external job offers that are rooted in market data and aligned with the compensation philosophy.
Proactively anticipates and identifies internal / external challenges and develops programs to diminish the financial risk to the business.
Lead the annual review and administration of our internal competitive pay zones and job architecture to ensure proper leveling of all ACV jobs globally.
Responsible for developing communication plans related to compensation policies and procedures and conducting trainings to all levels of employees.
Partner with People Operations Business Partners and business leaders to conduct internal equity reviews and detailed performance calibration reviews.
Manages salary survey participation. Analyzes results and makes recommendations to enhance compensation packages.
Compiles salary survey submission files, performs job matching, responsible for market pay system maintenance and administration, ensuring accurate market data and internal data validation.
Analyze the effectiveness of compensation programs and provide recommendations for ongoing program enhancements. Identify areas for streamlining processes to reduce administrative burden.
Lead various global compensation-related projects on an as-needed basis.
Maintains working knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will need :
4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Business or related field required
5 year(s) of experience in compensation
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Experience in a high-tech and / or automotive company is highly desired.
Experience in a multinational company with more than 1,500 employees.
Exceptional service to stakeholders and internal customers (responsive, thorough, and professional at all times).
Self-starter : takes initiative to solve problems, seek answers, and develop solutions.
A passion for the mission, vision and values of ACV.
Excellent computer and report development skills utilizing Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess the ability to analyze large amounts of data and present findings is a concise format.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Ability to multi-task and be comfortable in fast-paced operations.
