RCG Technical Project Manager

Job Responsibilities :
- Manage resource assignment, budget, scheduling, and scope prioritization through project plans and JIRA dashboards
- Work through trade-offs when there are competing business demands
- Act as Production single-point-of-contact and serve as primary liaison between Product Management, Creative Development, Technology, 3rd party vendors and offshore partners
- Manage and work with cross discipline team members to validate project assumptions and review individual project plans with senior leadership
- Insure all projects within channel are staying on schedule and budget
- Act as primary escalation path for any production-related issues for assigned projects
- Responsible for leading projects to on time, on budget delivery
- Coordinate execution of the project across the Creative Development and Production, Technology and Business Development teams
- Document the scope of work with help from cross discipline functional leads
- Validate that scope can be completed within timeline and budget
- Develop the project plan and schedule with cross discipline functional leads
- Ensure every necessary step to complete project is accounted for in project plan
- Clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies
- Ensure proactive scheduling of all aspects of the project delivery
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects from requirements through launch and project close
- Lead and manage estimation sessions with help from functional leads
- Manage day-to-day tasks of US based and Offshore teams and have in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of potential risks and issues in order to proactively mitigate impacts
- Manage project scope and execute internal and client change controls when additional requests for features or functionality are made
- Review internal change control requests and provide recommendations to executive leadership
- Escalate situations that may require Executive intervention
- Manage project risks, issues, and next steps to ensure quality delivery
- Maintain project quality ensuring quality metrics are within thresholds
- Ensure on-time project deliverables submission internally and to the client
- Responsible for obtaining client sign-off for all project deliverables
- Provide weekly status reports and regular updates to internal and client leadership
- Confidently lead, motivate, influence and drive progress
- Work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity
- Must be able to work under tight timetables, evolving processes and pressure situations
- Project Management tool experience MS Project, JIRA etc.
- Preferably has experience in managing custom development projects using Flutter, Angular and Java technologies
- Must have experience managing offshore teams and 3rd party vendors
