Job Title : Production Supervisor 1st & 2nd shifts
Location : Sioux City, Iowa
Salary : $60-70K plus bonus
Job Summary of the Production Supervisor : The Production Supervisor will supervise the production employees on the 1st or 2nd shift operations while ensuring quality food manufacturing products and specifications are met.
Job Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor :
- Direct and supervise personnel ensuring quality of production.
- Follow all SOP’s (Standard Operations Procedures)
- Ensure a safe working environment adhering to all safety and health policies and procedures.
- Help to resolve any operating problems or issues.
- Help ensure quality food manufacturing products are produced at the lowest possible cost.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures are met and followed.
Education & Experience of the Production Supervisor :
- 2+ years of Supervisory experience
- Food or Beverage Manufacturing experience is required.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work a 1st or 2nd shift and weekends or overtime as needed.
- Bilingual speaking background a plus.
