Established law firm is seeking a full time Legal Assistant to provide legal support for our attorneys! Pay : $20.00-$25.00 / hr

- 2+ years of prior experience in legal environment is required!
- Experience with area court systems
- Experience filling documents with the courts
- Experience with federal courts
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent keyboard and computer skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Teams, Zoom
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be flexible and able to work well with others
Responsibilities
- Handling preparation of correspondence, pleadings, discovery and responses, deposition summaries, etc. normally used in the labor and employment practice), Scheduling depositions, mediations, and court reporting
- Maintain client files, time entry, bill processing
- Coordinating calendars and schedules
