Job Summary : The Entry-Level Event Assistant will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring each one runs smoothly and successfully.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about event planning, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a wide range of events.
You will work closely with our Event Coordinators and Managers, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
- Support event logistics including venue setup, vendor coordination, and attendee management.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide support.
- Manage event-related social media posts and marketing materials.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
- Assist with on-site event management, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
- Gather feedback from clients and attendees post-event to help improve future events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with event management software and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
