This is a 100% in-office role. How you'll make an impact KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - General tasks such as answering telephone inquiries, greeting visitors in a professional manner, deliveries and couriers, sorting incoming mail, and ordering office supplies.
- Capable of working independently and on a team. - Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment.
- Assist with meeting logistics. - Collaborate with Adjusters and Branch Leaders. - Responsible for electronic filing, mail processing, document scanning, letter and other document preparation.
