Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the jewel of the motorcycle comes to life.
Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business.

Job Summary
The Product Quality Analyst plays a critical role on the team to proactively inform the organization on Quality performance.
The role is responsible for measuring and reporting all Quality Key Performance Indicators (Quality KPIs) for the York facility.
The central focus is to develop and maintain reports that drive accountability and enable process problem solving in alignment with Manufacturing Quality objectives.
The Product Quality Analyst is responsible for development of Digital Production Performance Dashboards and leads all continuous improvement activities involving Quality data collection, integrity, and analysis.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with Initial Sample Inspections, Gage R&R’s, and Process Capability Studies.
- Perform layouts on parts and provide data in support of plant engineering.
- Perform part measurements on a variety of equipment to support product quality analysis.
- Perform a variety of routine inspections / testing tasks to ensure quality levels are in conformance with standards and requirements.
- Repair / calibrate mechanical floor support gages.
- Read and interpret GD&T prints to ISO and Y14.5 standards.
- Perform calibrations of shop floor CNC style equipment. Zeiss CMMs, Gleason / Klingelnberg Gear inspection equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and use internal and external resources to drive corrective actions.
- Effectively communicates complex information regarding quality performance to manufacturing and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrates skill in maintaining data integrity, monitoring performance, and analyzing data.
- Solves problems and provides solutions using both creative processes and analytical methods.
- Leads the development of digital manufacturing scoreboards to provide real-time Quality performance data for manufacturing teams
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Experience with Mechanical, electronic, and computer aided measurements.
- Experience with Precision high volume manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Zeiss Calypso Software
- Experience with gear and shaft measurement systems.
- Ability to problem solve under changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience in the use of statistical analysis and data manipulation techniques.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel & VBA development.
- Experience extracting data from SAP ME and SAP ECC (preferred)
- Experience with .NET application development.
- Experience with SQL language.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
