The Professional Learning Services Operations Coordinator provides administrative support to the Professional Learning Services Senior Director and Directors, assists with scheduling meetings, workflow, and following up on action items.

The Professional Learning Services Operations Coordinator is critical to ensuring departmental activities function smoothly, and that the department is operationally efficient.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Attend meetings and take detailed minutes for assigned Professional Learning Services-led committees, councils, events, workshops and trainings, and team meetings Support assigned committees, councils, events with -scheduling meetings, securing meeting locations, and other logistical support Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and supporting materials Follow-up with staff and members on action items and decisions Provide administrative support to committee chairs, council presidents and members as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of department activities Ensure that all Professional Learning Services activities are conducted in accordance with established Association policies and procedures Update ACSA website with department information as needed Maintains current knowledge of programs offered by Professional Learning Services Department and works with members and staff providing program and department information Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr.

Director, DEI and Professional Learning Services or other designated supervisor Must have strong project management skills-ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, assimilate feedback from multiple stakeholders, and adhere to tight deadlines.
