The Calendar Group, a premier staffing firm specializing in domestic and corporate placements, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team.
You will oversee the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles in domestic and corporate staffing, ensuring candidates meet client needs and align with our company values.
Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement. Source candidates through various channels.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance. Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Qualifications : Must be local to Connecticut or New York Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, and / or the service industry.
Digital, social media, and AI expertise is a PLUS. Experience working with high-net-worth clients or corporate leadership is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of performance.
