Who you’ll be working with :

Marketing : You will report to the NEXYTE North America Marketing Director and have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of marketers, graphic designers, and Cognyte brand enthusiasts from around the world.

Sales : You will liaise with the NEXYTE North America sales team, working closely to support their mission to increase brand awareness and accelerate pipeline growth.

Preferably candidates are located in Tucson, Arizona.

As a Cognyter you will :

• Assist in preparing shipments, setting up and dismantling tradeshow exhibits, and ensuring all materials are organized and presented effectively.
• Contribute to planning and executing outbound email campaigns, including segmenting lists, drafting compelling copy, and coordinating with design teams for visuals.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and SEO best practices and aid in developing marketing content such as blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data for quarterly marketing reports, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating with external vendors.

For that mission you’ll need :

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for coordinating event logistics, managing email campaigns, and compiling reports accurately.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for emails, blogs, and social media posts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketing CRM automation platforms (e.

g. HubSpot) is an advantage, but not required.

• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience and a hands-on upstart mentality will be considered.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• US Citizen is Required
