Role Snapshot

This Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer will play a crucial role in protecting WPS and our nation's assets and work with key business partners, developers, vendors, and security engineers to help craft the future of our Identity and Access Management Program .

You should have a fundamental understanding of IAM and IAM tools. This position will focus on CyberArk Privileged Access Management including design and implementation, control alignment, and facilitating business needs as a liaison of the IAM team.

You will ensure information system processes and procedures meet or exceed our contractual security compliance requirements, including but not limited to;

Medicare, HIPAA and NIST Cyber Security Framework.

Minimum Qualifications

  • US. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Security or related field OR equivalent post high school education and / or work-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in Identity & Access Management technologies with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Possess security certification(s) such as Security+, GSEC, SSCP, CyberArk Defender / Sentry is a plus.
  • Experience with IAM technologies such as IGA, PAM, CIAM, AM, Federation, SAML, OAuth, OIDC is a plus.
  • Thorough experience gathering design requirements, maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Competency with at least one scripting / programming language (PowerShell, SQL, Java).
  • Experience with Information Security Frameworks and best practices, preferably NIST 800-53; NIST 800-171 and CSF.

Salary Range

  • $ 80,000 95,000
  • The base pay offered for this position may vary based on your experience, knowledge, skills and may fall outside the posted range.
