We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused individual to join our client's IT team as a Level 1 Help Desk Support.
In this role, you will install, modify, and maintain our computers and systems, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and educate users on resolving routine problems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and printing issues on various devices.
- Perform software and hardware installations, upgrades, and backups.
- Assist with workstation installations and relocations.
- Document all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Provide end-user education on systems and software.
Qualifications :
- 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency with PC software / hardware and productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience with ticketing systems and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Work Environment :
- Hybrid work model with up to 2 days remote.
- Located in Irvine, California.
- Contract to hire - Minimum of 90 days.
