We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused individual to join our client's IT team as a Level 1 Help Desk Support.

In this role, you will install, modify, and maintain our computers and systems, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and educate users on resolving routine problems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and printing issues on various devices.
  • Perform software and hardware installations, upgrades, and backups.
  • Assist with workstation installations and relocations.
  • Document all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Provide end-user education on systems and software.

Qualifications :

  • 1 to 2 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency with PC software / hardware and productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Work Environment :

  • Hybrid work model with up to 2 days remote.
  • Located in Irvine, California.
  • Contract to hire - Minimum of 90 days.
