- Respond to customer requests for information regarding availability of in-stock items,

- Conduct administration tasks to support the quoting process - set-up and maintain customer files for quotes, follow-up quotes
- Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.
- Meet sales goals by cold calling potential new customers and maintaining regular communication with existing customers to encourage increased and repeat ordering.
