Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound and / or outbound customer calls, provide support, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Escalate issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Meet personal / team call handling quotas and targets.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Support customers in troubleshooting or technical issues with products / services.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college or technical training is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to remain calm and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
