Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound and / or outbound customer calls, provide support, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Escalate issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
- Meet personal / team call handling quotas and targets.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Support customers in troubleshooting or technical issues with products / services.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or technical training is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
