Responsibilities
As a Sales Producer, you will play a crucial role in driving our agency's growth by generating new business through outbound sales calls.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Outbound Sales : Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing provided lists and real-time leads.
- Quote Generation : Offering personalized automobile insurance quotes based on client needs and preferences.
- Sales Closing : Effectively closing sales and converting leads into new policyholders.
- Relationship Building : Developing strong relationships with clients and building trust.
- Compliance Adherence : Ensuring compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
Requirement
- Sales Experience : Proven track record of success in a sales environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Motivation and Drive : High energy and a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with web based applications, MS Office, Google Workspace, CRMs and overall general technology.
- Positive Attitude : Enthusiastic and optimistic approach to work.
- Valid Insurance License : Must possess a valid insurance license to start work. Agency offers several options to obtain property and casualty license.
