Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure accountability with indirect team members to achieve consolidated goals
- Purposeful interaction to build & cultivate relationship with dealers, customers (internal / external)
- Create & drive sales strategy for assigned dealers
- Execute dealer business planning
- Deploy resources to meet dealer / customer needs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with at least six (6) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales
- Associates’ Degree with at least nine (9) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales
- HS Diploma with at least twelve (12) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales
