The company boasts financial growth and stability, ensuring a secure future for its employees. WHAT YOU’LL DO : Oversee and manage the payroll functions for the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Implement and maintain payroll systems, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the accounting department, consisting of four members, to integrate payroll functions with overall financial management.
Provide thorough training and support to new team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS : Proven experience as a Payroll Manager. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience. Certified Payroll Professional (CCP) certification desired.
Extensive experience with QuickBooks. Experience working with non-profit organizations preferred. BENEFITS : Comprehensive Medical / Dental / Vision insurance through federal FEHB plans.
Eligibility for 6 weeks of PTO per year (10 hours per pay period). Paid sabbatical offered every 5 years (typically 6 weeks).
K with contributions starting on day one and a 4% match after one year. 7% profit sharing. Flexible schedule available after the training period.
