Key Responsibilities :
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medication and monitor its effectiveness
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications :
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing
Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
Strong clinical skills and a passion for mental health
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
