A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents for its employees.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient and courteous customer service while resolving technical issuesRespond to helpdesk tickets promptly and escalate as necessaryCollaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issuesRequired Qualifications1 - 2 years of experience in technical desktop or helpdesk support servicesExperience with a variety of hardware and software platforms, including Windows and Mac OS1 - 2 years of experience in customer serviceBachelor's degree preferredCompTIA A+ or Google IT Support Professional certifications preferred
