About the Role
This position reports to the Production Manager or Brewhouse Manager depending on which operational department they are assigned to.
The purpose of this position is to execute and propose improvements to the execution, modifications and projects of the operational area.
This position also supports the preventive and corrective activities of the assigned area, coordinating and supervising the execution of required maintenance to be carried out with internal labor or external contractors.
Their purpose helps to guarantee the operational continuity of the departmental processes to satisfy the standards of quality, safety, efficiency and costs according to the guidelines of the Operational department and in compliance with legal regulations.
Purpose of the Role
Guarantee the operational continuity of the operational area from a technical point of view. Manage maintenance needs generated in the operation and channel resources for their timely execution.
Manage corrective and preventive maintenance of the operational area. Develop maintenance plans adapted to the realities of the processes.
Coordinate and supervise the execution of maintenance work with our internal labor or external contracted labor. Carry out improvement and modification projects.
Manage the contracting of jobs with an external service if required. Analyze comparative unit costs of contracted work. Follow up and administrative closure of contracted services.
Monitor the timely execution of non-recurring maintenance and special projects. Coordinate the closing of gaps in the SQF plant routes and safety detours.
Create and track work permits for critical internal or contracted maintenance activities. Carry out equipment testing after maintenance, fine-tuning adjustments.
Manage and control warehouse packaging or raw materials through the use of the maintenance management tool. Coordinate operational testing for new product launches and / or presentations.
Execute actions derived from the audits. Coordinate Non-Recurring maintenance activities of the area in the different disciplines (mechanical, electrical, automation).
Manage the needs detected (including the necessary spare parts) and also the activities executed through the use of the digital maintenance platform.
Safeguard technical information in physical, digital and software. Provide support and backup of automation and control systems.
Monitor the maintenance indicators defined by the organization and take actions to meet the goals. Keep the management indicators of the maintenance area updated weekly (TTF, FF, MTBF, MTTR, Reliability).

Qualifications
Bachelors degree with focus in Mechanical Engineering. 5 years or more experience in related field. Legally authorized to work in the U.
S. 18 years of age or older. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Undergo and pass background check. Undergo and pass drug test.

- For Brewhouse : Service experience with Refrigeration / Ammonia, Boilers, Pumps
