Your Opportunity : Precision Press is seeking a Production Coordinator to work in our Fresno, California location. The position is responsible for wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, accurately entering & tracking customer orders, communicating with customers, sales, & production, and managing customers' inventories.
Your Responsibilities :
- Receive and enter orders into the Taylor Communications' ERP system
- Track orders as they are produced in our printing plant and ensure the orders complete as planned
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner
- Manage customers' inventories
- Create and maintain reports for customers and internal production
- Interact in a positive manner with customers, sales, and production
- Ability to prioritize under potentially stressful conditions
Your Shift :
Monday - Friday 8 : 00am- 5 : 00pm
You Must Have :
- High School Diploma
- Two+ years of experience working with customers
- High proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate proficiently and positively in English, both verbally and written
- Excellent Phone skills
We Would Also Prefer :
- College degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Bookkeeping
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably printing (labels)
- Ability to navigate and work in ERP systems
The anticipated hourly salary range for this position is $22-$24 per hour. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.
