Supervisor responsible for managing the local maintenance team which includes a System Administrator (SA), an Electronic Technicians overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring accurate tracking of maintenance data and attend meetings as required related to the STE family of devices.
Serves as the Ft. Bliss single point of contact for request for information (RFI)s. The Supervisor will be responsible for reporting deficiencies, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with government acquisition regulations.
The Supervisor shall possess experience in virtual training and virtual training support, ensuring that all training events are supported without any loss of training caused by the maintenance team.
Remote fielded location or Point of Need (PoN) training locations will be supported telephonically, or with surge assets within AOR.
Additionally, the Supervisor shall be capable of providing TADSS instruction as requested by local and AOR units, facilitating training for Soldiers / Civilians on STE-RVCT operations with RVCT Soldier, RVCT Air and RVCT Ground devices in accordance with Government-provided NET training products.
This position will require the Supervisor to coordinate with other team members, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure adherence to performance standards and technical specifications.

Desired skills
Experience in virtual training and virtual training support adequate to ensure all training events are supported in a manner that no loss of training occurs.
Capable of providing basic TADSS instruction on STE operation in accordance with Government provided NET training products.
Have knowledge of the Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) standards, understand the Training and Evaluation Outlines (T&EOs) grading process, and have SME level of knowledge of applicable Tactics Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for assigned duty location and type of unit.
Be a graduate of the Army’s Senior Leaders course (SLC) or higher level of professional military education (PME).
Possess SME level of understanding in both dismounted and mounted training and combat operations. Shall maintain up-to-date knowledge based on current army doctrine and standards.
Understand combined arms air-ground training for rotary-wing aircraft including AH-64, UH-60, CH-47.
Be fluent with current operational terms and graphics.
Graduate of Battle Staff with at least two years’ experience in a S3 or G3 shop.
