Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Learn and implement customer service strategies to enhance guest experiences
- Master financial management and budgeting
- Monitor food safety and sanitation standards
- Brainstorm and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and awareness
- Support inventory management and assist with ordering supplies
- Participate in staff training and onboarding of new team members
- Assist in cultivating and maintaining a positive and motivating team environment
- Work closely with management to develop and implement operational procedures
- Analyze sales reports and assist in setting achievable goals for the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Chick-fil-A brand
- A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in management or a supervisory role is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or food & beverage is a plus
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Basic understanding of inventory management and sales analysis
- Must have a passion for the food and beverage industry
